The app sends push notifications. Is this optional or standard?

The notifications are standard, you cannot turn them on or off.

How is the push notification sent, by SMS or do you only see it when you open the app?

The notifications come in when the app is installed. How you see them depends on your settings.

If I receive a notification that something has changed in my data, do I have to approve or accept the change?

No, the change is made by your employer. The notification is for information purposes only. If you disagree with the change, please contact your employer.

I get a notification Company Connection. Do I have to accept or approve this change first?

No. To accept this you have to log in to XS-ID Online. There you can manage the company connections.
