TCVT-RA DSP becomes XS-ID App

Quick insight in your training and experience? With the handy XS-ID app you only need your smartphone. You do not have to use your DSP-pass anymore. The app is much easier to use. After all, you always have your phone in your pocket.  

When can I use the app? 

From the 1st of May onwards. Prefer not to use an App? You can also check your data via XS-ID Online (the online environment where you can check everything from behind your PC or laptop). 

What else can you do with the XS-ID app? 

Good to know: all your TCVT RA-registrations are automatically in the app. Did you for example also obtain your VCA-diploma? Then it will be added automatically. So you can show any client or supervisor that you meet all the requirements. Also handy: if a training certificate that is in the system is due to expire soon, you will automatically receive a reminder on your phone.  

Which certificates do not fall under TCVT-RA? 

The TCVT-RA inspector, the hoisting supervisor and the KROL operator do NOT fall under TCVT-RA but under TCVT. 

How can I apply for the personal XS-ID with App? 

You can only apply for a personal XS-ID and App through TCVT-RA. 

I already have a DSP through my employer, what should I do with it? 

You can continue to use it, unless your employer blocks this DSP. 

What do I need to install the XS-ID app? 

You need your User-ID (XS-ID) and your date of birth. You can find your User-ID (XS-ID) in the welcome e-mail or -if you have one- on the back of your DSP pass. Please enter this number and your date of birth.

We also need to know your mobile phone number. You can set this up by logging into the online environment where all your details are stored.

1. Go to: https://online.secure-logistics.nl/  

2. Log in with your XS-ID, user-id or username and password. You will find your User-ID (XS-ID) in the welcome e-mail or - if you have one - on the back of your DSP card (seven digits). 
   Tip: Don't have a password yet or have you forgotten it? Then click on "Forgotten your password?" Enter your User ID and receive your new data at the e-mail address you provided to TCVT- RA.

3. Click on the User ID number in the top right corner.
   Tip: In front of the User ID you will find an icon with a little figure.

4. Go to "My account".

5. Go to "Change e-mail address". Is your e-mail address correct? Then click on "validate e-mail address". If your e-mail address is not correct, fill in the correct e-mail address.

6. Go to "Change phone number" and enter your mobile number (found under "My account").

7. You can now download the XS-ID App from the App Store or Playstore.
