Secure Logistics guarantees 100% certainty about identity and entity with the XS-ID. This accelerates access processes up to 90% for our XS-ID community. As Trusted Identity Provider, we handle personal data in a correct and secure manner on a daily basis. This is the foundation of our service and provides an essential value in providing secure and efficient access management. In order to continue the security of our XS-ID community, the participation process has been sharped. As a result, the identification of a person, who is authorized to sign, is necessary to enter or to maintain a contract with Secure Logistics. In addition, it is mandatory to accept the Terms and Conditions.
How does it work?
Only an authorized signatory whose name is listed in the commercial register can conclude and manage a contract. The authorized signatory can identify themselves online via the XS-ID Intake app. This app is completely secure, so no data is stored or exchanged.
Step 1: Identify yourself to join the XS-ID Community
1. Go to the registration page
2. Enter the requested information and finally click on the blue Register button.
3. Download the XS-ID Intake App once on your mobile and go through the steps of the personal check to determine your identity in a secure manner.
Did you not manage to go through the XS-ID Intake app? No problem! Contact our customer service department and we will be happy to help you.
Step 2: Reactivate the Contract
1. Go to XS-ID Online
2. Log in with your XS-ID (UserID number) and password
3. Click on XS-ID (UserID number) at the top right.
3. Click on Reactivate contract.
4. Enter the details (EAN*, Chamber of Commerce and VAT number).
*The EAN number can be found on the page Company details via XS-ID Online or on the XS-Key as Company ID.
Step 3: Accept the Terms and Conditions
We have made some changes to our Terms and Conditions. This means that a separate processing agreement no longer needs to be concluded. In the new processing agreement, Secure Logistics is responsible for processing.
Go to the Company details page and scroll down for the terms and conditions. You can accept the terms and conditions by clicking the enable button.

You can now request an XS-Key or XS-ID at any time.
The authorized signatory receives an XS-ID free of charge and does not have to pay a one-off intake. As a main user, the authorized signatory can also add other users. The same identification steps apply to new users.
Please note: old login details - both the username to request the XS-Keys and the username to view invoices - will no longer be valid.
What happens if I do not take action?
Were you unable to complete these steps before September 30, 2023? Then, for security reasons, we are unfortunately forced to terminate the agreement and you can no longer use our services.
