My CargoCard is not working, what should I do?

I have requested a CargoCard but have not received it, what now?

Unfortunately it can happen that a CargoCard does not arrive. Report this within 10 working days via e-mail to servicedesk@secure-logistics.nl and we will create a new CargoCard free of charge.

My CargoCard is broken, how do I get a new one?

If your CargoCard is broken within a year after production and there is no visible damage, you will receive a new CargoCard from us free of charge. Contact us for more information via 010-463 77 77 or e-mail to servicedesk@secure-logistics.nl.

Can I pay with my CargoCard?

Yes you can, if your employer has given permission for this and has concluded a contract with us. The payment option applies to participating Truck car parks and Truckwashes. You recognize these locations by the CargoCard and XS-Key logo.

Can I pick up my CargoCard?

Yes, you can. You can also collect your XS Key from our Service Office in the Maasvlakte Plaza building. If the XS-Key has not been collected within five working days, it will be sent to the postal address provided. It can be collected and activated until 4.55pm at our service office at Maasvlakte Plaza.

Within how many days do I have to activate my XS-Key? 
You can activate your XS-Key at your convenience, there is no deadline. To activate it, you will need the valid ID used to apply for your XS-Key. Please note that you can only use your XS-Key if it has been activated.
