The CargoCard includes an XS-ID, a business digital identity. You use it with the App. Find out how to download the App and what you can do with it here.
You can apply for CargoCards via XS-ID Online (formerly Secure Online). Via this portal you can manage the information of your CargoCards. Your dashboard will show information on expirations of information registered on the CargoCards so that you can take action timely.
Also you can see your open invoices. Please note that payment arrears will result in blocking your account. This means you can not use your CargoCards anymore. Should we have to unblock your account we will charge all regular costs for concluding a contract.

If you request your XS-Key before 1 pm, we will send it to you the same day by regular mail. This is free of charge.
Pick up
Do you want to collect your XS-Key at our service point MV Plaza? No problem at all. We will get to work for you right away. There is an additional charge for this service, which must be paid online along with the cost of the XS-Key. Urgent requests are processed until 16:30 hrs. If the XS-Key is not collected within five business days, it will be sent to you by mail.
Urgent contract applications are only possible if paid in advance and on appointment only.
